Our Father, Vincenzo Ferraro, passed away in July of 2023.  He was an amazing dad, kind man and dedicated to his family. He will be dearly missed by us and many others. 

His parents (our Grandparents) immigrated from Italy and moved to 222 Stonemill in the 1950s.  Our dad grew up in that house and we vividly remember going there weekly to spend time with our family.  It’s a very special place to us and we’re proud that he kept it in the family. Over the years, he added additional units to provide more housing to UD students. A graduate of UD himself, our dad loved being able to give back to the community.  

We want to continue providing students with a fulfilling living experience in the University of Dayton neighborhood as he would have wanted.  We fondly remember all of our college memories. We are glad to have the opportunity to have a little part in your college life.  We want your experience to be safe, fun and rewarding and truly wish you all the best.
